This site lets you participate in nonstop online auctions for Lufthansa tickets. In an online auction, you can bid on a specific item and compete with other online bidders in real time. Travel packages include either one or two Economy Class airline tickets. All airline tickets are for round-trip fares.
The auction times are based on the host server's local time, which is Eastern Standard Time (EST), Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) as of April 1st, 2001.
In order to be eligible to bid in an auction, certain conditions apply. For example, you must be at least 18 years old and your payment must be made with a valid credit card.
Cancellations and changes in reservations or itinerary are not allowed, and the auctioned items cannot be exchanged or modified.

The winning bidder in each auction is notified by e-mail. The credit card given at the time of registration will be automatically charged to the winning bidder.
At the specified opening time, you can enter the auction's online bidding room. Anyone can view the bidding activity in the auction rooms, but to place a bid you must log in.
You can bid in more than one room at a time. Please note that all bids are in US dollars (USD) and all bids are binding.
All the auctions take place in bidding rooms. You must be registered in order to place bids.
When you register, choose a user name that you will use to log in. We will provide you with a password (sent by e-mail). You must log in with your user name and password to participate in an auction.
Note: Both user name and password are case-sensitive. If you forget your password, please click on Registration, then Forgot password; it will be sent to your e-mail account.
If you are not registered, you can do so by clicking on Registration, then on Create Profile while the auction is active. Fill in the required fields.
Bids are recorded at the top of the list as they are received, based on their electronic timestamp. Amounts are given in US dollars (USD). Bids will only be accepted while the auction room remains open.
Bids made before the room opens or after the room closes will not be accepted.
Bids by telephone, e-mail or any method other than electronic submission via the site cannot be accepted, even in the case of technical difficulties.

Some hints for successful bidding:
Be sure you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions and FAQs before bidding. In order to register, you must agree to these terms and conditions.
Line up a travel partner ahead of time if you want to bid on a pair of airline tickets.
Check any necessary visa or other travel requirements.
If you are bidding on behalf of another person, you must make sure that the person does in fact want to purchase the product. Remember, all bids are binding and the bidder is the buyer.
It is not possible to charge the purchase to someone else's credit card.
