Please take note of these important conditions of entry and print this page.

To participate in the mileage auction, you need to be a Miles & More member residing in the U.S.  Additionally, a "Profile" needs to be set up on our InfoFlyway website.

To create a "Profile" simply click on the "Register" button in the left navigation bar and then complete the information on the screen.

If you need to view or update an existing "Profile", you can click on the "Profile" button in the left navigation bar. Then log in with your Miles & More number and PIN code.

Bidders are bound to their bid for the duration of the auction. They may increase their bid during the auction at any time. They may not reduce their bid. The contract is final once the bid has been accepted. The tickets offered will go to the highest bidder in the course of this auction.

Bids will only be accepted when made during the lnfoFlyway auction.
E-mail bids will not be accepted.
A bid for two tickets may only be made for two passengers travelling together.
A bid cannot be transferred to other flights.
Bids can only be entered in preset increments and will only be accepted once the confirmation bar (showing the new high bid amount) has been clicked.

Auction rooms open automatically as displayed in the auction schedule. The duration of each auction will be approximately 30 minutes.

All bids will appear live and continue until the auctioneer closes the auction room.
Note: The auction will automatically close once a published mileage level of the auction item has been reached.

Bids will be accepted in sequence of their electronic entry. The bidder will be informed if their bid is not accepted.

Winners will be notified by e-mail, followed up by a phone call to verify the winning bid. For this reason, it is important that your "Profile" has the correct e-mail address and telephone number where you can be reached at the time of the auction. "Payment" of the tickets will be debited from your mileage account.

Ticket pairs auctioned are for passengers traveling together with flight dates and times being adhered to for all segments of the journey issued on the tickets and flown in the sequence they are issued. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the remaining flight itinerary.

Any product auctioned with the flight will be sent out upon completion of travel.

Tickets for Lufthansa flights operated by Lufthansa may only be issued by Lufthansa. They are non-transferable and non-endorseable to other airlines. Changes in reservations, itinerary, or cancellations are not permissible. Thereafter tickets are non-refundable.

No upgrades permitted for tickets won in the mileage auction.

Mileage auction tickets are not eligible for mileage accrual.

Lufthansa is not responsible for electronic or mechanical errors. Lufthansa reserves the right to set minimum bids, minimum reached levels, and to withdraw any item from auction at any time, for any reason.

Taxes, fees and airport charges (at least $57 per ticket) are not included, and are the responsibility of the passenger. The tickets will be mailed directly to the winner.

Passport/Visa regulations: the passenger is responsible for complying with all entry, passport or visa regulations.

The auction times are based on Eastern Standard Time. The detailed schedule will be posted on this site shortly.

Employees of Lufthansa and their immediate family are not eligible to participate. In addition to the aforementioned auction terms and conditions, Lufthansa German Airlines Conditions of Carriage apply.

In order to bid, the customer needs a credit card with billing address in the U.S. and must be an eligible Miles & More member residing in the U.S.
