An internship at Lufthansa German Airlines can provide you with hands-on experience. You can help shape the process of change, gearing a service company for the new millenium. Depending on your individual abilities and preferences, we offer you the opportunity for an interesting on-the-job internship, which would allow you to plunge right into the operative day-to-day business.

Our Internship program will expose you to an international corporation and provide you with an opportunity to learn new skills within a business setting. Although there will be no remuneration for the internship program, the possibility of reimbursement for expenses incurred during the internship period will be discussed during a final interview.

Timing
A Lufthansa internship typically lasts at least six months. However, internships may also be accepted for three, four or five months. Please submit your application at least four months before contemplated starting date.

What skills do you need?
Working toward bachelors or masters degree in (international) business administration or equivalent
Fluency in German is desirable
Prior experience (other internships or apprenticeships, stays abroad, practical business experience, etc.)
Self-motivated and ability to learn new skills quickly
Good computer-skills, literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Engaged in extra-curricular activities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
