Our International Airline Professional (IAP) program offers a challenging
combination of on-the-job and classroom training.

During this two-year program, IAP's will spend time on-the-job in various US operations, including passenger and cargo sales and services, aircraft handling, marketing, human resources and finance. Classroom training takes place in Germany and consists of courses in economics, accounting, finance, management, and general industry and Lufthansa specific topics.

To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Fluency in English and German is required, as are excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages. Candidates must also be available for training throughout the United States and in Germany, and must be willing to relocate within the United States upon completion of the program.
