Redeeming awards

Flexibility that goes the distance. Your accrued mileage goes further than ever before. It's redeemable for trips to or from any of Lufthansa's destinationsin over 200 cities and more than 80 countries. Just check out how many miles you need for your trip (link to CMP award-page) and follow the directions below to receive your free ticket or upgrade voucher.

1. Award ticket

1. Call the Award Desk at 800 340-4411 to make an award booking.

2. Fill out an Award Request Form and fax to CMP Customer Service at 516 296-9474.

3. Lufthansa Ticket by Mail will issue the ticket and send it to you via Federal Express free of charge*.

Please remember to include a check or credit card number for applicable taxes.

2. Upgrade voucher

Upgrade vouchers may be requested in advance, are valid for one year from date of issue and are non-refundable. Vouchers must refer to tickets issued in paid class of service (B, H or full C class).

1. Fill out an Award Request Form and fax to CMP Customer Service at 516 296-9474.

2. Obtain your voucher via Federal Express free of charge*.

3. When ready to use your upgrade voucher, simply follow the instructions on back of the voucher.

* For Express delivery (within 24 hours) a fee of either $50 or 1,000 miles applies.
