- Always state your Miles & More account number whenever making your flight reservations with a Travel Agent or Lufthansa
- Always present your Miles & More, Frequent Traveller or Senator Card at check-in
- Keep all documents, such as ticket copy and boarding passes as backup until your miles are reflected in your account
Miles not automatically credited can be credited retroactively within 12 months of your flight date.
When sending in for retroactive mileage credit, please send in your original boarding pass(es) and a copy of your ticket(s) to:
