 Star Alliance" European Airpass

Star Alliance is proud to offer our individual leisure travelers coming from the United States an attractively priced visit-Europe-type of Airpass to explore the "old" world.

Available for sale and effective November 1, 2000, the airpass offers the Economy Class services of 14 airlines serving more than 200 destinations in 43 countries with no minimum stay and only 2 stopovers required. All our European Star Alliance member airlines are participating in the program, Lufthansa, SAS, Austrian Airlines, British Midland as well as a number of their regional partners like Lauda Air, Spanair, Air Baltic, Cimber Air and Tyrolean Airways.
Travel to and from Europe has to be on a Star Alliance carrier. The number of flight coupons making up an Airpass is between 3 and 10 and the fare per coupon is related to distance.

US $60 up to 150 miles Children between the age of 2 and 11 pay 67 percent of the adult fare. Infants pay 10 percent.
US $90 from 151 to 500 miles
US $115 from 501 to 1000 miles
US $135 from 1001 to 1250 miles
US $150 from 1251 to 1500 miles
US $165 from 1501 to 1750 miles
US $180 from 1751 to 2000 miles
US $205 from 2001 to 2250 miles
US $220 from 2251 to 2500 miles
All fares shown above exclude any applicable taxes and charges!

Using these fares, an adult traveling in Economy Class on participating airlines from Paris to Vienna, Munich, Copenhagen and London before returning to Paris will pay a total fare of US $525 excluding applicable taxes and charges.
Flights flown on Star Alliance European Airpass are eligible for mileage accrual in Miles & More based on the Terms & Conditions of the program. There are no seasonal limitations and the Airpass can be purchased all year around. The maximum stay is 3 months. Only non-European residents are eligible.
It can also be used in conjunction with a Star Alliance Round-the-World Economy Class ticket.
