1. A simple process.
You may choose from among three trouble-free options:
" You may request your award by calling 800 581-6400. Our Customer Service Team will personally take your orders between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. You will need to provide your PIN number.
" You may fax a signed order form to us at 661295-8719.
" Click here to print the order form and mail in your request.

2. Our fast delivery service.
Request for flight awards or Adventure Awards are subject to the published Miles & More Terms and Conditions.
Merchandise awards: In most cases, we will deliver merchandise awards to the address you specify within four weeks of receiving your request. Should you experience any unexpected problems, please contact our Service Team at 800 581-6400.
Please remember to keep your bill of delivery and warranty card.
We will ship merchandise awards within the United States free of charge.

3. A simple redemption process.
When you place your request, simply provide your Miles & More card number, PIN number, your full name, and a daytime telephone number. The required miles will then be directly deducted from your mileage account upon award request.

4. We would also like you to know ...
we constantly endeavor to improve our product quality even further. Consequently, you may occasionally experience discrepancies between the images depicted and information provided in our catalog and the award you receive. If a requested award cannot be delivered, you will be notified, and if you do not wish to wait, you may cancel your request with our Service Team. If an item must be replaced with a comparable item, we reserve the right to send you the replacement item as long as it is of equal or superior quality.
Under the Terms and Conditions of the Lufthansa Miles & More program, awards that have already been delivered cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
We are obligated to protect your personal data. The mileage requirements printed in this catalog are valid until publication of the next Miles & More award catalog.
