Miles & More says good bye to Finnair
Mileage accrual, as well as award redemption on Finnair will only be possible until December 31, 1997. Award tickets and upgrades already issued are valid for 12 months as per the Terms and Conditions of the program.
Three new airline partners joining Miles & More this year:

VLM - a Belgium carrier -
operates 150 flights a week between Rotterdam, Antwerp and Monchengladback and London-City. Members will earn 1,000 minimum miles in Economy Class and 2,000 minimum miles in Business Class.

Augsburg Airways - a German carrier -
members earn 500 minimum miles on all German domestic flights. Effective October 15, 1997, members will earn 1,000 minimum miles for flights booked in C/Class.
- Air Littoral - a French carrier -
on French domestic flights, Miles & More members earn 500 minimum miles on discounted fares and 1,000 minimum miles on international sectors. Effective October 15, 1997, members booked in full fare C will earn double miles.
Mileage shown on the Lufthansa award table are the amounts to be used for award redemption on the above carriers.
