You will soon receive a temporary Miles & More card by mail. Once you have flown 3,000 miles you will receive a regular Miles & More card and the Miles & More brochure. Please note that no account statement information is available for temporary card holders.

If you are flying with Lufthansa or an airline partner after you have registered, but you have not received your Miles & More card yet: please retain your boarding pass and your copy of the ticket and send them to Miles & More, as soon as you have received your participation material. Also save your hotel and car rental receipts, since you will be given subsequent mileage credit.
