Mileage accrual

The automated mileage crediting procedure is your easiest way to earn miles and become eligible for an award. Simply follow the two steps below and you are on your way to savings:

1 . Enter OSI_LH_CORPLH_"your client number" into the flight reservation of all eligible tickets*.

_ indicates an empty space between the text inputs. The client number should be entered without the period before the last digit, your contract number is not needed.

Example: Company XYZ enters their client number, 01234.A, into the flight reservation for one of their employees: OSI LH CORPLH 01234A

2. The ticket number must be present in the reservation for mileage crediting to occur. The ticket number is automatically generated when the ticket is issued. However, if for some reason, you should need to manually enter the ticket number, you can use the OSI, SSR, or Remarks transactions.

Example: Company XYZ manually enters the ticket number, 220 1112223333, into the flight reservation for one of their employees: OSI LH TKNM 2201112223333

• Please remember to enter the full ticket number, including the 3 digit airline identification code (i.e., LH's code is 220, UA's code is 01 6). Check digit number should not be included.

• When manually entering a ticket number in an Amadeus flight reservation, please use the FH transaction.

Once the above mentioned items are present in the reservation of the paid ticket and the passenger has flown, the mileage credit will automatically appear on the CMP account statement.

Should you still have any questions regarding this procedure, please call our CMP Customer Service Team at 800 340-4411. Using the automatic OSI entry is the quickest and least time consuming way of receiving credit. However, we can also accept pre-printed notification forms.

* Qualifying tickets must be purchased in the U.S. and include at least one Lufthansa transatlantic flight. W, T and G Class are excluded from accruing mileage.
